Lallemand acquires enzyme specialist Solyve

Zug, Switzerland, July 3, 2025 – Lallemand, through its Lallemand Bio-Ingredients business unit, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Solyve, a subsidiary of the InVivo group. This strategic move reinforces Lallemand Bio-Ingredients’ commitment to advancing microbial solutions for the food and beverage industry.
Solyve is a leading producer of classical enzymes through solid-state fermentation at its modern facility in Normandy, France. Founded in 1989 as Lyven S.A., the company has developed a range of high-performance enzymes primarily for winemaking, juice and vegetable processing, and plant-based foods.
